  1. This contest is open to all Philippine residents aged 18 and above.
  2. Contest will be hosted and promoted through MomCenter’s Facebook Page.
  3. To join, participants must purchase any of the following Oilatum Soothe & Protect SKU’s and keep the official receipt as proof of purchase:
    1. Oilatum Soothe & Protect Baby Moisturizing Lotion 200 mL
    2. Oilatum Soothe & Protect Baby Head to Toe Wash 300 mL
    3. Oilatum Soothe & Protect Baby Bath Foam 300 mL
    4. Oilatum Soothe & Protect Baby Shampoo 200 mL
  4. Participants may submit their original and most creative photo of their child’s “Soothe and Protect Story” through their respective accounts. They may choose from the following themes:
    1. Outdoor Play
    2. Travel
    3. Bath Time and Bedtime Stories
  5. All entries must be posted on Facebook or Instagram, tagging the official Oilatum account and using the hashtags #OilatumPH and #MySootheandProtectStory.
    1. Note that accounts should be public for your entry to be valid.
  6. Entries must be submitted within the promo period from October 1 to October 31. Deadline of submission is on October 31, 11:59PM. An entry is considered invalid and disqualified if:

* it violate a person’s rights including but not limited to copyright and privacy

* if it contains obscene, sexually explicit, offensive, objectionable, inappropriate and or libelous content.

* any violation of the Oilatum Philippines’ House Rules, including but not limited to the provisions of the PH Cyber Crime Law, are considered grounds for disqualification.

  1. Criteria for judging would be 40% alignment with theme, 30% creativity, 30% online votes (Facebook/instagram likes gained a valid entry.) Winners will be announced on the Mom Group’s Facebook page on November 4, 2016. Winners will be contacted by the Oilatum team and are required to send their emails and contact numbers via private message.

Criteria for winning are the following:

  1. GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Philippines Inc. (GSK)’s decision in the selection and the determination of the winners is final
  1. Winners in the Metro Manila area are required to present one valid ID and proof of purchase to claim their prize at SparkIt Marketing’s head office. Submission of the requirements and claiming of prizes will be entertained Mondays to Fridays (except holidays) starting November 5, 2016.
  2. Provincial winners are required to submit a scanned copy of their valid ID along with their delivery address to raymundo@sparkitmarketing.net for validation. For validated provincial winners, prizes will be sent via courier. Courier charges c/o Oilatum Philippines.
  3. Prizes are not transferable and not convertible to cash.
  4. Prizes unclaimed by December 1, 2016 shall be forfeited.
  5. All entries sent will become GSK property.
  6. By participating in this promo, participants agree to be bound by the official rules, regulations and decisions of GSK.
  7. Users shall, at all times, abide by the terms and conditions of the Facebook Social Network Site. Should a User violate such terms and conditions, he or she shall be disqualified from joining the contest, without need of prior notice.
  8. The Winner(s) may, at GSK discretion, be published in newspapers and other multimedia.
  9. By joining the promo, the Users agree to (a) be bound by these official rules and the decisions of GSK; and (b) have their names, photos, video, used in posters, commercials and other forms of multimedia as part of any advertising activity of GSK and/or winner’s announcement advertisements without any notice or compensation. The User warrants that he is the owner of the post submitted, and that it does not constitute infringement of intellectual property rights and/or unfair competition.
  10. By entering the promo, each User agrees and acknowledges that GSK is permitted to receive his/her registration data. All personal information will be used by GSK in accordance with its privacy policy.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The User/Participant hereby holds GSK, its representatives, agents, employees, officers, and assignees, free and harmless from any claim or liability in connection with said entry and/or this promo.

If any provision of this Official Contest Rules is held to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these rules shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. GSK reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these rules.

If GSK determines, in its sole discretion, that the on-line portion of the contest is compromised by virus, bug, robot entries, or other corruption of the administration, security or proper play of the contest, then, at its sole discretion, GSK can cancel this contest.

In the event of any non-compliance with any requirement stated herein, a winner’s prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, including appearances during events in relation to the promo.

This contest is governed by and shall be construed under the laws of the Philippines, without regard to the conflicts of law provisions therein.

Upon submission of entries, users agree to all terms and conditions.

GSK reserves the right to disqualify entries without prior notice. The decision will be final.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

All employees of GSK, its affiliates, its advertising or promotion agencies, packaging suppliers, their spouses and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity are not qualified to join the promo.

All submitted entries will automatically be a property of GSK. The company may use such materials in their website or other media directly related to the promo without need of prior notice.
