If you haven’t already gotten organized, start now by making your own pregnancy journal or scrapbook. Make sure you record important or memorable information such as the first day of your Last Menstruation Period (LMP) (which would be important in estimating your due date), the day you had sex, the day you found out that you were pregnant, and the day of your first ultrasound, etc.
