See to it that there are plenty of loose t-shirts and dresses that she can put on herself. Leave the fancy buttons, clips and zips for later. Make sure that she has a choice of pants with elastic bands that she can put on herself. It will give her confidence a great boost if she can put on a whole outfit by herself.
